Timber Frame Entry Gate with Taeho Kwon


In this class we'll be constructing this beautiful outdoor entry gate using traditional Eastern timber frame joinery mix with some western joinery. Topics covered will be learning how to read tree growth and grain to give the construction longevity. By placing the timber in the correct orientation, the structure will stand for hundreds of years.
