This manmade Aoto stone is mainly made from grains of alumina adhesives and baked with resin bonding material at 200 C degree. As this sintering temp
is relatively low, little deformation occurs and the stone can obtain homogeneous
and very fine sharpening effects. As the alumina adhesive is rounded grain,
very soft sharpening effect can be also obtained. Prior to use, pour sufficient
water to the stone and sharpen lightly with water. No need to soak the stone in water before use.
