To be honest, I’ve never benn a great fan of putty. I’d rather accept smaller imperfections. But then again, Mr.Millers results are pretty convincing. Perhaps i developed my aversion after seeing so many botched jobs! I guess a lot of people put on the finish after filling the holes and don’t bother scraping the putty back out, destroying the finish. It’s a shame, really. What i don’t really understand is why you would want to pre-mix. The beauty of making your own colored putty seems to be the flexibility it gives you..and if you have to re-adjust the color tone anyways, why not just mix from scratch everytime you need some? Anyways, a great video!
